چکیده
The aim of this research was to investigate the phytochemical composition and antioxidant activity Acacia nilotica extracts. samples (fruits trunk bark L.) were collected in Kayes (Mali). phenolic compounds different plant extracts assayed by spectrophotometry identified HPLC. efficacy evaluated using 2, 2-azinobis-3-ethylbenzothiaz oline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) 2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)radicals scavenging capacities. obtained results revealed that all are rich on polyphenols, flavonoids, tannins anthocyanins. contents total polyphenols varied from 147 215 mg EAG/100 g, flavonoids 1123 3037 EC /100 67 289 EC/100 g anthocyanins 57 144 ECG / 100g dry matter (DM). highest values those were recorded fruit with respectively EGA, EC, ECG/100g (MD).HPLC analysis presence a flavonoid, named rutin, four compounds, gallic, protocatechuic, chlorogenic caffeic acids, which recognized as bioactive compounds. All our studied displayed ABTS DPPH radical varied 72 350 EVC/100g activities significantly correlated their high These justify medicinal properties plant.
